Graphic 45 Goodness Now Available

National Scrapbook Day - What Projects will you be working on?

Good Morning Friends!!

It's National Scrapbook Day!  It's positively gorgeous outside with no clouds or rain.  I'm thinking it would be a perfect day to take my scrapbook goodies outside to the deck and settle in.  I have retirement pictures to work on and I'm thinking about making a little mini album.  Or, I might work some more on the altered hymnal.  It's by far becoming one of my most favorite projects ever.  It uses the Graphic 45 Floral Shoppe which is positively gorgeous!  

The books was in rough shape so I went ahead and covered it in floral paper and added a piece of burlap ribbon to the spine.  The keyhole is from T!M - I have them over on the shop table if you need one for a project. 

I'm working on the 10 Commandments inside the book - this is a Methodist Hymnal so they provide the readings and such - again using the G45 Florals on this is the pink and green.  SWOON!!  

Those flowers are positively GORGEOUS!  I made them using the new floral die from Graphic 45.  These are beautiful, heavy weight, metal dies that you run through your die cut machine.  I'm even able to cut two flowers out at a time.  There are a couple up in the shop - grab them quick!  It's still a work in process but goodness is it fun!!

Where Beauty Begins

 One of my absolute favorite projects.  I had so much fun making this one.  My favorite colors!  Absolutely beautiful images!  And tons of fussy cutting - the best scrap therapy ever invented.  This altered composition book features the Graphic 45 Portrait of a Lady paper collection.

The inside cover has a sweet little pocket with a cut apart that you can use for a picture, a little book mark or to tuck into a letter to a girlfriend.  Some beautiful post-it notes that match the paper collection perfectly.

Are these not absolutely gorgeous images!  The back page has a pocket and a belly band and lots more cut-a-parts to use for photo mats.  Very lady like.  Who wouldn't want to journal, draw or write their favorite quotes in this book.

GLD Class Kits - Play Ball 12 x 12

New for Grasshopper Lane - 12 x 12 Scrap Kits!  Our first kit will be the Play Ball 12 x 12 kit.  This kit contains 8 pieces of coordinating paper and the six punched stars.  It does include enough materials to complete the 2 page layout and, you will have some cut outs to use on another project or make a few matching greeting cards.

 

 

This kit uses the Graphic 45 Good Ol' Sport Paper Collection.  This is bright, gorgeous paper.  The images and the primary colors make it one of my favorit

 

There is a lot of detail to this kit.  I got a little carried away with the fussy cutting but feel free to do as much or as little cutting as you'd like.  It's your page! 

 

Wouldn't this be perfect for your budding sports star or fan?  Add to their keepsake album or frame for their walls.  It would even make a great gift for the proud grandparents!
